Resume Submission

Email us your résumé or call and ask to speak with one of our professional recruiters. We will be happy to discuss your career objectives and schedule a face to face meeting with you.

REGISTRATION

If this is your first visit to FCP, you will be asked to complete a detailed application form, your information and resume will be entered into our database. Your resume is reviewed regularly by our network of recruiters - this is our first course of action to find suitable candidates. When suitable positions become available you will be contacted immediately.

The Face to Face Interview with us

This is where we get to know you, your aspirations and goals. We will discuss your experience, skills and expectations. We may make suggestions to improve your resume and offer advice on interview techniques.

References

We require minimum of three references, two of which must be from someone you have reported to in previous positions. We will verify this information and begin to introduce you to opportunities

The interview with our Employer/Client

Should your experience and skills match a present opening, your résumé will be presented to the employer. When our client expresses an interest in your profile, we arrange the interview and all related logistics. We provide you with specific information that this employer is looking for and coach you on how to make the best impression.

The Job Offer

Once you have received an offer we will guide you through this process and negotiate on your behalf. We are skilled at massaging this procedure and will address any concerns you may have. Congratulations! Now you are off to start your dream job.

After Placement Follow Up

Once you are settled in to your new job, we will periodically be in touch to make sure you are happy and that your new position is meeting or exceeding your expectations.
